My passion for capturing an image...recording my view on film and transforming it through the magic of the printing process...began more than 30 years ago. I started shooting and printing with my Dad when I was just nine years old. The allure of an image floating onto paper was all it took to define my life’s professional path.

A professional photographer for over 20 years, I’ve owned three photography businesses — a commercial studio, specialty custom black & white lab, and wedding business.

As teacher, I’ve encouraged students at The Portfolio Center, Creative Circus, Southeastern Center for the Arts (SCA), and the Showcase School in Atlanta, Georgia…where I live today.

The critical, fast pace of wedding and corporate event shooting have heightened my love for the artistic, documentary approach. And with a strong emphasis on black & white, I’ve found a wonderful fine-art expression in a variety of subject matter, including graphic landscapes.

My current body of fine-art work is represented worldwide by Deljou Art Group and Soho Myriad.

From shooting to teaching, my view is engaging and imaginative.
